INGREDIENTS
- 1 - packet pineapple jello (2-cup size)
- 1 - cup water, boiling
- 1/2 - cup water, cold
- 1/4 - cup rum
- 1/4 - cup Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
PREPARATIONS
Mix up jello, dissolving powder with boiling water. Add the rest of the liquids and stir. Chill until firm; serve.
